These terms apply to every service purchased through this website. Services are provided by No Better Friend Entertainment LLC ("we", "us"). "You" means the person or business purchasing the service (the "Client"). By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
1. No guarantee of specific results. Visibility, search ranking, media coverage, audience response and sales depend on factors outside our control and vary with your target market. Marketing necessarily uses press releases, social networks, search engines and media platforms operated by third parties, so we cannot control or guarantee where content appears, how long it remains visible, or how people respond to it. Any examples, estimates or past results we share are illustrations only and are not promises of future results.
2. Third-party platforms. Third-party platforms set their own rules and may change, delay, reject or remove content at any time. We are not responsible for their decisions, outages or policy changes.
3. Your responsibilities. You agree to provide, on request, accurate and complete information about your business, your identity, and your products and services, and to have the right to share any materials you give us. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and approving content in a timely manner so that it is accurate. Delays in providing information or approvals may extend timelines, and we are not responsible for errors in content you have approved.
4. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, No Better Friend Entertainment LLC's total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
5. Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from these terms or the services will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by Business Consumer Alliance (BCA), in Los Angeles, California, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court.
6. Severability. If any part of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.
7. Interview Sessions: delivered as is. Raw footage is delivered exactly as recorded. The cleaned-up video removes filler words (such as "um" and "ah") and long pauses only, and does not include reordering, cutting content, added graphics or other changes. All Interview Session files, including finished clips and blog posts, are delivered as is, and revisions are not included. If you want further changes, we are happy to teach you how to make your own edits, so you can get exactly what you want now and going forward. These lessons are included in the Interview + Clips and Interview + Content Engine packages.
8. Interview Sessions: ending an engagement. We may end an Interview Session engagement at any time, before or after the interview, if we decide we cannot meet your requests. If we do, we will refund the full amount you paid for that engagement, we will not deliver any remaining files, and we will not publish or share your interview.
